Our dedicated Volunteer Coordinators, Patty Holt and Amber Paaso, have been keeping me up to date on all the wonderful work that is being done by all the fantastic volunteers who give their time and energy to help us assist survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and their children. Whether they're helping to organize and collect donations at the PennyWise Resale Centers, tackling painting at the shelter, or working one-on-one with clients to help them elevate their skills and self-confidence, our volunteers are

Casks for Charities Raised over $1,200

FBCWC supporters and craft beer aficionados enjoyed a fun and successful Casks for Charities event, hosted by Joe Harrington (The Barrel & Brew) and John Anderson (No Label Brewing Company).

Not only did everyone enjoy some delicious food, including chili-sliders, but they also got the first taste of No Label Brewing's newest creation---Peach Blond Ale. We were all there as the first keg was tapped and emptied!

We would like to thank Jen Vance and all of you for coming out for

a fun time of good cheers and beer.
