Regular Meeting:  Noon on Wednesday –  Sweetwater Country Club

This week will be our new President's first official meeting of the club year that he will actually attend!! 

We will  brief our members on our Convention experiences and we will induct any new members who have not been inducted yet 

Upcoming Project:   Champions Kid Camp - serve a meal, observe the kids & programs.  Exact date & time TBD! . ...Thursday, August 4 is still looking most likely.  Please bring your tax deductible check payable the Champions Kids Camp" if you so choose to contribute!

JULY

July 13- Christine Manson, Volunteer Coordinator for the Homeland Preparedness Project

July 20- Eleanor Barton and Dennis Praman (President) of the SL Historical Society (Will discuss SL History and tell us all about their foundation)

July 27 - Officer David Mirelez with the Rosenberg Police Dept. will give us a demonstration on how canine units are trained (with his dog Tacey) and will also bring their mobile unit that they take out on emergencies for us to tour .

July 28 - The Fort Bend Chamber's "Network Nites / Expo Lite" - Complimentary appetizers and drinks!!! Our Club is a member of the Chamber.  Plan to attend and let's WOW our neighbors with our community involvement!

Aug. 3 - All of our PALS (Peer Assisted Leadership Students) teachers have been invited to lunch to thank them for the many years they have given our SBS program 

Aug 5 -  "Roast the Coach"  - The Pearland Exchange Club invites YOU!

Enjoy an evening of fun an frolicking when coach Tony Heath will be the guest roastee. Tony Health, Pearland's State 5A-1 Championship has made him a celebrity in Pearland. Go to www.roastthecoast.com for tickets and details. We look forward to seeing you there. Don't miss out. Many surprises!!!!

Aug. 10- Janice Cannata and Janice Gillen will tell us all about their West Ft. Bend Woman's Charity

 Aug. 17 - Gail Best will be playing guitar and singing. She will also tell us about her singing programs that she does for those that are sick and how they are helped

Aug. 31 - Linda Page - will talk to us about her taking life as it comes story
